The Resolution Project is a nonprofit that empowers college students around the world to launch impactful social ventures. Volunteers are invited to become Resolution Guides—mentors who support these young changemakers through virtual monthly calls.

Responsibilities:
– Mentor students launching social ventures globally
– Provide guidance on project implementation, sustainability, and leadership
– Offer career and personal development support
– Participate in monthly check-ins with your assigned Fellow team
– Collaborate with a co-mentor for shared guidance

Requirements:
– Passion for social issues and helping others grow
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– No subject-matter expertise required—learning together is encouraged
– Availability for monthly virtual meetings
